ReadySet Vendor FAQ: How to Accept a Case

8 STEPS

1. Welcome to our FAQ Tutorial on "How to Accept a Case" within the ReadySet Platform! There are a few ways to accept a case - let's walk through them together...

2. First - you will receive an email notification upon case invitation. You can click "here" to navigate directly to the case and accept

3. Alternatively you can navigate directly to the ReadySet web or mobile platform and you will see your Pending Requests. Click here to see the full list and accept cases

4. Here you will see all of your pending cases highlighted in yellow on a calendar view and can "click" on one to accept

5. Click the "three dots" on the upper right-hand corner

6. Click "Accept"

7. What happens now:
1. You will receive an email confirmation
2. Your hospital staff will receive a notification that you have accepted the case
3. You will be prompted to add inventory - you can either do this now or wait until later

8. That's it! The case is accepted and will now appear in your list of upcoming and active cases.
