Hello ReadySet Users,
We're writing to make you aware of changes to how we send you case notifications in our upcoming V11.8 release.
To reduce inbox noise, and based on user feedback, we’re changing how ReadySet sends case notification emails. Beginning Monday, 3 November 2025, users will begin receiving ReadySet daily digests containing all information for new cases and case updates.
Instead of users needing to keep track of every email in their inbox, look out for a daily digest twice per day at 8:00 A.M. ET and 6:00 P.M. E.T. (or 5:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. for our Pacific Time users). We'll summarize your updates for the day, including new case invites, case updates, and cancellations.
What's changing?
After Monday, 3 November 2025, ReadySet users will no longer receive an email for each case update. All case information will be summarized in two emails per day.
Are there any changes to the content of the case updates?
No changes have been made to existing case update information. However, we've added valuable additional context to these emails, including the scheduled hospital name for each case.
What about emergent/trauma cases?
Emergent/trauma case notifications and case updates for cases within 36 hours of start time will continue being sent as soon as possible. No changes are being made to how ReadySet schedules emergent/trauma cases.
What actions do I need to take?
No action is required from our users. Keep an eye out for individual case notifications to cease and Daily Digests to begin on 3 November.
Key Date to Remember
3 November 2025 – individual case notifications cease and Daily Digests begin being sent to ReadySet users.
