1. Welcome to our ReadySet FAQ on "How to Create an Expedited Case" from both the kiosk and the Vendor Dashboard

2. If you are at the kiosk, select "I am a Vendor"

3. Enter your Username and Password to sign in

4. Click "Actions"

5. Select Create Emergent Case

6. Begin typing the Surgeon's Name in the surgeon search box (required)

7. And select the surgeon from the populated list

8. Type the procedure details in the "Procedure" Box (required)

9. Click the calendar icon to select the date and time of the surgery

10. Select the date from the calendar

11. And the time from the dropdown list to the right

12. Note: if an existing case matches the details you have inputted, you will be prompted as seen here with an "Existing Case Found" notification

13. You have the option to "use this case" as not to duplicate case entry

14. Or you can click "Continue" if the case is in fact a different one from the potential match found

15. From here you will be prompted to add your trays

16. Indicate any consignment inventory

17. Add any implants

18. And review your inventory prior to checking in

19. If everything looks correct, click "Create & Check-In"

20. From here you will follow the steps to check-in trays as you normally would

21. If you are creating an emergent case remotely from the ReadySet web platform or your mobile device, you will login to the platform and select "Create Emergent Case" from the lefthand navigation panel

22. Here you will follow all of the same steps of indicating the case details and adding inventory up until the check-in prompt

23. Once you have added your inventory and reviewed, click "Create Emergent Case"

24. You will receive a success message that the case has been created as well as an email notification with the QR code to check-in your inventory at the on-site kiosk

25. And that's it! Your emergent case has been created
