1. Welcome to our ReadySet FAQ on "How to Check in Trays as a Vendor"

2. When it comes time to check-in your inventory, you will use our on-site kiosk.

3. Select "I am a Vendor"

4. You will be prompted to login with your ReadySet credentials

5. Upon login, you will see the list of "Upcoming Cases" that have been assigned to you

6. You can also toggle to "All Assigned" or "All Unassigned" to see cases that you are working that for some reason have not been assigned to you yet

7. To find a case, you can scroll through the list...

8. Search for a specific case ...

9. For example typing "Knee" or the name of the Surgeon will display all relevant case information

10. Or click the "QR" code box to scan the QR code provided to you in the confirmation email

11. This will prompt you to scan the QR code from your phone

12. To check-in your trays once you have found the case, click the blue "Check-In" button to the right of the case details

13. You will see the list of all inventory that you have pre-added to the case

14. And can select individual trays or implants if you do not have all of the inventory with you.

15. Click "Continue Check-In" once you have selected your trays and/or implants

16. Placing the tray on the scale, the ReadySet Kiosk will automatically pull in the tray weight

17. If there is some issue with the scale, you can also type this in manually if your hospital allows this

18. You will be prompted to capture an image of the tray/implant using the integrated camera by clicking the "Capture Image" button

19. Once you have captured the weight and image, click "Continue" to move forward

20. You will receive a success message and may continue to complete these steps for each sequential tray/implant

21. Once you have completed the steps for each tray/implant, you will see a confirmation screen where you can view the captured weights...

23. and re-capture details if needed buy clicking "Re-capture"

24. You can also view the captured images by clicking "VIEW" within the confirmation screen

25. This will pull up the images for you to review

26. Once you have confirmed the details, click "Complete Check-In" to move forward

27. You will receive a confirmation message in green on the screen as well as an email confirmation of the check-in details

28. From here you can also print the case details or print labels

29. You will be prompted to select the connected printer from the dropdown list

30. And that's it! Now your trays/implants have been checked in
