11.0 Features - Utilizing case filtering and toggles

11 STEPS

1. From your ReadySet Dashboard, click Cases

2. Select a schedule feed from the dropdown

3. Click the filter button next to the search bar

4. Use the filter toggles to hide or show the different case types as needed

5. IMPORTANT:

Toggle Show Archived Cases to view completed past cases.

6. To add an additional layer of Dynamic Filters click the Add Filter + button

7. Click the dropdown arrow to view and select the filter options

8. Select the filter option most appropriate for your search

9. Select the additional filter parameters.

10. and Click Ok to apply the filter

11. That's it. You've completed the tutorial! To recap, use the toggles and dynamic filters to show or hide specific types of cases. General searches can always be completed by using the search bar
