11.0 Features - Changing your case views

12 STEPS

1. Starting in your ReadySet Dashboard, click Cases

2. Select a Schedule feed from the dropdown

3. Click the Calendar button in the upper right of your dashboard

4. The first selection will display cases in the selected week in a vertical table.

5. Selection two will display a single day's cases, horizontally by start time

6. You can use the Today button to return to the current day at any point

7. The third option combines the weekly case list with the horizontal start time format

8. The final view will provide a classic monthly planner view with cases stacked under each day.

9. Regardless of the view your in, Click the case header

10. to see the case overview and interact with the case.

11. You can return to the list view at anytime, by Clicking the List button in the upper right of the dashboard
