Modified on Tue, Sep 16 at 2:24 PM

In order to pre-print tray labels, you’ll need to create the trays on the case ahead of time.

Once you have trays added to the case you’ll be able to "Print Tray Labels" from the Actions menu located in the upper-right corner of the page.

When clicked, you’ll be prompted with the following label printing dialog, any trays that have not yet been checked-in will be pre-selected and you can pre-print labels for each of those trays ahead of check-in.

Notice that any pre-printed tray labels will still require you to check-in at the kiosk when you arrive.

You can scan the QR code at the kiosk or enter the 6-digit number from the kiosk to initiate the check-in process.

At the kiosk, you’ll see a QR code icon located in the upper-right corner of the Upcoming Cases grid.

Clicking this icon will bring up the Scan QR code dialog which will give you the option to scan a case or tray QR code.

Click the “Scan Tray QR Code” radio button in order to begin scanning the QR code on the pre-printed labels.
