In order to pre-print tray labels, you’ll need to create the trays on the case ahead of time.
Once you have trays added to the case you’ll be able to "Print Tray Labels" from the Actions menu located in the upper-right corner of the page.
When clicked, you’ll be prompted with the following label printing dialog, any trays that have not yet been checked-in will be pre-selected and you can pre-print labels for each of those trays ahead of check-in.
Notice that any pre-printed tray labels will still require you to check-in at the kiosk when you arrive.
After clicking "Print Labels" the selected trays will have their labels printed.
You’ll notice that “Check-in Pending” will be at the top of the label as well as a QR code and a 6-digit number underneath the QR code.
You can scan the QR code at the kiosk or enter the 6-digit number from the kiosk to initiate the check-in process.
At the kiosk, you’ll see a QR code icon located in the upper-right corner of the Upcoming Cases grid.
Clicking this icon will bring up the Scan QR code dialog which will give you the option to scan a case or tray QR code.
Click the “Scan Tray QR Code” radio button in order to begin scanning the QR code on the pre-printed labels.
After scanning a QR code the tray check-in process will begin and you can capture the tray weight and or images, when you are finished capturing the tray proceed.
After successful capture the tray will be checked-in and added to the grid below with a status of "Checked-In".
You will also have a new tray label printed out with the check-in information that you can attach to the tray.
You can continue scanning all of your labels in any order that you choose and each tray will complete the check-in process one-by-one.
If you’re having issues with the barcode scanner, click the “Barcode Scanner not working?” button and you can enter the 6-digit tray code located underneath the QR code to manually start the check-in process for that tray.
When you’re finished scanning simply click "Complete Check-In" and you’re all set!
